Healthy eating can be delicious, as well as nutritious. Some folks, though, are living on an income restricted by disability, the need to care for their children or simply by low wages. How can they get the best nutrition for their dollar? Or can they even afford healthy food? This session will examine both the ability to purchase nutritious food, as well as ways people can get the best food for their dollars. We’ll also look at some recipes for inexpensive foods that are really tasty. The session will also offer the opportunity for participants to share their own yummy ideas, via the interactive chat – The people who’ve lived it have the best ideas, after all!
