October 22nd, 2024 – Land-based Fitness with Alana Cook

Land-based fitness is a blueprint for using Land-based exercise and holistic teachings to connect to traditional activities, improve health, and explore the world around us. While the research for Land-based Fitness was done within an Indigenous worldview to revitalize cultural learning, this workshop is for everyone who would like to learn more ways to enjoy functional (and fun!) movement. Wear comfortable clothing as we will be moving our bodies with this webinar!

Thank you for your interest and participation!

This session’s video is now available for viewing.

Thank you to everyone for your continued interest in our events.

We would like to reiterate that everyone is welcome to our UBCLC sessions.
