March 19th, 2024 – Healing Through Land, Jazz and History with Delbert Anderson

Anderson shares his project experience with the Bureau of Land Management, youth ensemble program and Diné artist research. Anderson will conduct an activity on how everyone can navigate life and will pass on Indigenous knowledge of how everyone can live in beauty, balance and harmony.

About the Presenters:

   

Delbert Anderson creates Diné inspired musical pathways. Anderson preserves his cultural music by creating a foundation of new Diné melodies and fuses them through jazz, jam and funk. Each path serves Indigenous culture through stories, healing, history and collaboration.
