Music, drumming, and other sounds have traditionally played an important role in the healing process. They also create and support physical, spiritual, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Join Elder Gerry Oleman for a discussion about First Nations traditions and philosophy with respect to utilizing music and drumming as a part of the healing process. According to Gerry, it is our experiences in life that we reflect to the world through our emotions and our lifestyle choices. Come and learn how music can be a part of your own healing journey.
